Writing

I have always written as a means of necessity. In a town where acting jobs can be scarce, writing is an actor’s best friend. But with auditions, casting workshops, and life’s constant demands, writing was often on the back burner... until Covid hit. As horrible as 2020 was for so many people, it was a strange gift for me. With the world upside down, and unrest all around us, it made me realize that I don’t just want to just be a voice anymore. I want to have one. And I can do that through the power of storytelling. So I FINALLY sat my bum down and wrote my first feature film!

I’ve always been drawn to stories about underdogs overcoming the odds, finding faith in God when life seems hopeless, and well-earned love stories. My upcoming psychological thriller, Blood Brother, has a little bit of all three. Plus there’s a stalker on the loose and let’s be honest… Who doesn’t love a good scary movie?
